The manifesto of Quantum Art in 2008, which was written by Roberto Denti, became the starting point of a cultural, artistic and social development path that dates back to the late 70s of the last century. Art should develop people's minds, it should renew society and international relations between countries. Quantum art is a synthesis of science and art that begins with the scientific assumptions of quantum physics, characterized by particles that interact with each other to form cells, the human body, the world in which we live, right down to the universe itself. Quantum physics is in opposition and opposition Newtonian physics, where each particle lives in absolute space and in absolute time, and, therefore, the relations of forces between these particles unambiguously have a strong opposite. Newtonian physics has been a huge success not only theoretically and scientifically, but has also been used in social, interpersonal relationships between people and internationally. In fact, today we live in a world where relations between peoples are very contradictory in all directions: cultural, social, and political.
Our Charter states that international cooperation at the artistic, cultural, social and economic levels is crucial to overcome the concepts of opposing forces. Global cognitive evolution is of interest to the whole world and is necessary to achieve cooperation between people in full accordance with traditions, beliefs, social relations that exist in different countries, as well as to protect the ecosystem as a whole. Quantum art and quantum culture want to project new social, cultural, economic and scientific relations into the future, because at the moment it is becoming not just a need, but also a real necessity for human survival. We do not forget, consider and study the past in order to protect our future, but our priority is a commitment to a truly sustainable future and a true World based on mutual respect in the cultural, artistic, economic and scientific fields.

Why are quantum art and culture crucial for the future of society? The influencing force of art is a power that can change a person's worldview and significantly influence the formation of his inner world. Our world is characterized by evolution in scientific, cultural and artistic terms, which gradually leads us to a new society where knowledge, understood as the development of life sciences, is the basis for change. And this new knowledge, acting as a factor in moving forward, will allow us to consider the possibility of bringing together different cultures and points of view for a constructive search for open integration in the field of environmentally safe and sustainable development of modern society. This is exactly what Russian President Vladimir Putin emphasized when talking about the role of the quantum world as the dominant promising direction.
Quantum art, which covers the field from the microcosm to the macrocosm, involves a dialogue between the observer and everything that surrounds us, including the universe as a whole. It is not limited to any one kind of art, but accumulates all the ways of artistic and creative self-expression, namely, visual, literary, poetic, musical, as well as the art of fashion, architecture and much more. These industries can be represented separately or in collaboration, overlapping and confusing with each other, and thus becoming more relevant as the world inevitably moves towards multipolarity. Quantum art is not an aesthetic or technical movement, but a cultural, philosophical, mental one. It originates from cultural and social traditions combined with quantum science to overcome the mechanistic system that governs the world today.
The cultural and artistic project 2025 includes the cooperation of all sectors of cultural and scientific importance in order to educate and unite different countries to create prerequisites for the ART of the FUTURE. In April 2025, it is planned to hold an Art Festival in cooperation with partners at various venues. The program of the festival includes an art exhibition, a fashionable performative show, a concert with the participation of the State Academic Theater of Classical Ballet by N. Kasatkina and V.
